Use review sites before booking a hotel - but beware!

There are many customer review sites to choose from when booking a hotel.  TripAdvisor.com and Hotels.com are two of my favorites.  The travel sites like travelocity.com and expedia.com may also be helpful.  Use the reviews but be cautious of a few things. A great review does not mean anything by itself.  ...
